Shipping policy

We ship our product to arrive within 2 days once shipped. Once your waffles arrive, because they are all natural, we recommend placing them in the freezer where they will be good for up to 6 months. You can also refrigerate them up to 4 days.

Processing usually takes 1 day and then the order is scheduled for shipping. We ship Monday to Thursday (noon) to ensure your products arrive timely and with highest quality. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to confirm your order is on its way and give you a heads up when you should expect it.

We encourage recycling of our shipping material as most is recyclable. We are continuing to work on our sourcing with the goal of making it 100% recyclable/sustainable.
